SuperEcho is a learning tool, not a promise of a particular result. You control what you practice and which supported AI provider you connect; use the service lawfully and use your own judgment with AI output.

01

Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using SuperEcho or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.

  • SuperEcho is not directed to children under 13.
  • If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
  • Additional App Store terms and local consumer laws may also apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer law.

02

What SuperEcho provides

SuperEcho helps you practice spoken English through conversations, scenario paths, focused exercises, reviews, progress views, and other learning tools. Some features use Apple frameworks, supported third-party AI services, or optional cloud services.

  • Features and supported providers may change as the product develops.
  • An internet connection, a compatible Apple device, and in some cases your own third-party AI account or API key may be required.
  • You are responsible for device, network, App Store, and AI-provider charges outside SuperEcho.

SuperEcho may offer free features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. The exact offering and price shown in the App Store at purchase time control.

03

Your account

SuperEcho currently uses Sign in with Apple and an authentication service powered by Supabase. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account and device secure and for activity performed through your account.

  • Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.
  • Do not share authentication credentials or attempt to access another user’s account.
  • Tell us through the official support channel if you believe your account has been compromised.

Signing out removes the active session from the device; it does not automatically delete hosted account records, purchase records, or data held by Apple or other providers.

04

AI providers and your API key

SuperEcho lets you connect supported AI providers such as DeepSeek, MiniMax, LongCat, and OpenRouter. Your API key is stored in the iOS Keychain, and SuperEcho sends requests directly from your device to the provider you select rather than through a SuperEcho AI proxy.

  • Your use of a provider is also governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, limits, and regional availability.
  • Conversation text, learning context, and—when you choose a cloud image-analysis mode—the selected image may be sent to that provider.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for charges incurred on your provider account.
  • Provider output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unavailable.

AI feedback is for language-learning assistance only. Do not rely on it as medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.

05

Purchases and subscriptions

SuperEcho may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime one-time purchase through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payment, and RevenueCat helps SuperEcho verify product offerings and access rights.

  • Prices, currency, taxes, trials, and introductory offers are those displayed by the App Store before you confirm.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your Apple account settings before renewal.
  • Deleting the App or signing out does not cancel a subscription.
  • You can restore eligible purchases from within SuperEcho.
  • Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable rules.

A “lifetime” purchase means access for the supported commercial life of SuperEcho, subject to these Terms; it does not guarantee that every feature or third-party service will remain unchanged forever.

06

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide, such as prompts, transcripts, selected photos, profile information, and learning notes. You give SuperEcho only the limited rights needed to process, store, sync, and display that content to operate features you choose.

  • Only submit content you have the right to use.
  • Do not include highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for language practice.
  • Third-party providers process content under their own terms when you choose to send it to them.

SuperEcho does not claim ownership of your ideas, voice, or learning history.

07

Acceptable use

Use SuperEcho only for lawful, personal or otherwise authorized purposes. You may not misuse the App, website, infrastructure, providers, or other people’s rights.

  • Do not create, upload, or request unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not probe, attack, overload, scrape, or bypass security, usage limits, subscriptions, or access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer or redistribute SuperEcho except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Do not use automation in a way that disrupts the service or creates unreasonable provider costs.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.

08

SuperEcho materials

The SuperEcho name, logo, interface, course structure, original copy, graphics, and software are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by intellectual-property laws.

  • These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service.
  • Open-source components and third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Feedback you voluntarily send may be used to improve SuperEcho without an obligation to compensate you, while respecting the Privacy Policy.

09

Changes and availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, respond to provider changes, protect security, or comply with law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

  • AI-provider outages, model changes, Apple services, network conditions, or device limitations may affect features.
  • Course content and progress calculations may evolve.
  • We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change significantly affects paid access.

Where required by law, you may have remedies for a material reduction in a paid service.

10

Learning results and liability

SuperEcho is provided on an “as available” basis. Language progress depends on many factors, and we do not guarantee a particular score, proficiency level, job result, or other outcome.

  • Always review AI-generated corrections before relying on them.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperEcho is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or provider-related losses.
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Mandatory warranties and statutory consumer remedies continue to apply where the law requires them.

11

Stopping use and account deletion

You may stop using SuperEcho at any time and sign out in the App. You can delete local learning data using available in-App controls or by removing the App, subject to Apple’s backup behavior.

  • To request deletion of hosted account or profile data, use the App Support link on SuperEcho’s App Store listing or the support address shown on this page.
  • You may need to separately delete private iCloud data, cancel subscriptions, and close third-party AI accounts.
  • We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

Sections that by their nature should continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior charges—survive termination.

12

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, providers, laws, or business model change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

  • Material changes will be presented through a reasonable channel, such as the App or website.
  • Continuing to use SuperEcho after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service before the updated terms take effect.

13

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that validly apply to the relationship, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your place of residence.

  • Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
  • A court or consumer dispute body with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

Nothing here requires you to waive a forum or remedy that applicable law guarantees.

14

Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the App Support link on SuperEcho’s App Store listing. If a support email is configured for this website, it appears below.

  • Include enough detail for us to understand the request, but do not send your AI provider API key or password.
  • For purchase refunds or App Store billing, contact Apple directly.

We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting on an account-specific request.
